對於陸委會未來不排除嚴審大陸人士來台申請，大陸海協會會長張志軍今(28)日譴責我方「這是走回頭路，是倒行逆施」，必將受到兩岸民眾堅決反對。
張志軍今日應邀前往昆山出席「兩岸產業合作論壇」開幕式，這是他出任海協會長一個月後首度出席北京以外的兩岸交流活動。
張志軍在開幕致詞後接受媒體訪問，對於陸委會表示，未來不排除嚴審大陸人士來台申請，他說，1987 年，兩岸民眾突破種種阻擾與封鎖，開啟雙邊交流，想不到 30 年後，兩岸關係發展到今天這種地步，台灣有關方面竟然還採取這樣的行動 (嚴審大陸人士來台申請)，阻擾兩岸的交流合作。
張志軍譴責這是走回頭路，是倒行逆施，這種作法有違民意，有損兩岸民眾利益，必定會受到兩岸民眾堅決的反對，也不可能得逞。
至於外傳大陸也對當地參訪團和商務團也從 7 月起不再送件台灣作為反制，張志軍也說，「我本人沒聽到這類消息，有關情況要問大陸旅遊部門」。
